How does eToyLibrary work?
We offer great quality, expensive, and exciting toys for rent. We are selling toys as well (used/new).
Do you have subscripton/membership plans and how does it work?
We provide subscription options as a more sustainable way of renting toys (https://www.etoylibrary.com.au/index.php/subscribe/). After the payment is done for the suitable subscription, you will receive a store credit where you can spend to rent/exchange toys for flexible periods.
Do I need to be a member to rent/buy toys?
No, you don’t need to, you can place orders without being a member.
I can see in the membership page, there is a limit by number of items to rent per time. What does item mean, does it mean a toy?
An item doesn’t necessarily mean a single toy as we have a lot of items that contains multiple of toys, for example this toys bundle considered as a single item. So an item means a store entity that added into a cart as one product.
Is the rental price per day? Yep.
How do I rent?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Is there a minimum charge/maximum number of toys per order?
A single order can’t be less than three days.
What if I have event, i.e. I need toys for hours or 1 day?
All you need is to put your order for three days, and write us a note for early pickup.
Is there a deposit, and if so, how much is it?
No, no deposit is required.
How is the rental period calculated?
The rental period commences on the day of delivery and ends at the end after the period you decided.
Can I extend my rental period?
We will send you an email a few days before your rental period ends, as a friendly reminder. If you want to keep the toys a bit longer, just place an new order with the same items and you will get 50 points reward!!!
Do you deliver/pickup?
sure, regarding renting orders, we delivery/pickup at very low fees at the exact dates you provided in your renting order.
Regarding buying orders, upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 1 days to confirm the delivery date and time.
How about pick up/return?
We will pick up the toys from you as well.
Which time do I expect eToylibrary delivery/pickup?
Usually between 6pm-8:30pm on start/end dates provided in your order, unless we (you and eToyLibrary arranged different time slots)
Do I need to pay again for pickup/returning toys?
No, shipping fees for your orders includes delivery and pickup as well 🙂
Okey, what about I want to pickup and return toys myself?
We are online store, however, you definitely can pickup and return toys by yourself without any additional fees between, usually we open for clients between 6pm-8:30pm unless we (you and eToyLibrary arranged different time slots).
Do you clean your toys?
All of our toys are first cleaned and then sterilized.
We have this procedure in place to sterilise the toys before delivery using:
- water/soap,
- antibacterial,
- spray,
- alcohol swabs (stem sterialisation for specific types of toys)
Our delivery staff wears masks.
We do, however, request that toys are returned in a clean condition.
What is the maximum number of toys per order?
For non-membes, there is no limit for number of toys per order.

Do you have party/events plans?
We cater for events birthday parties and can arrange for bulk loans for parties and special occasions. Please check out Events section or contact us on this link.
What if I can not find a specific toy?
No worries, just send us the toy details on this link and we will do our best to get it and let you know as soon as it is available.

What will happen if an item becomes unavailable at the day of delivery?
If a product is unavailable and you choose to allow substitution, we’ll send you an email and choose a similar item that provides similar funtionality as much as we can . If we substitute any item you’ll be charged the lower of the original or the substitute price. When an item is out of stock you won’t be charged for that item.

I love the concept of a toy library, EToy library has a wide variety of toys to select from, communication has been great and pick up/drop off very convenient. We took the annual subscription and it is worth every cent. Next to the regular toy rentals I also used their service for a birthday party and it has been a huge hit with the kids! Highly recommend
Such an amazing service! I hired the roller coaster, the sea saw and a few games for my daughters birthday party. I ordered online and the items were delivered to my door on my requested day and then picked up a few days later. The service is fantastic. All the children loved the toys! They are in fantastic condition. They even threw in an extra game for free 😊

Communication was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The delivery charge is not over the top and daily rental rates are amazing. They delivered when they said they would and I would recommend to all my friends and family. We loved the kids rollercoaster it was such a hit!!!
Rented a few toys for my daughter's party and they were a real hit!
Good selection of toys, reasonably priced and provided great friendly service. We had to postpone the rentals and Mohamed was very accommodating and changed the dates without any issues. Also delivery and pick up was super easy!

My little niece was coming to visit for a week and I wanted to get some toys to help entertain her as I don’t have kids of my own. This service was fantastic and because you can do a one off option (as opposed to membership) it means that I can rent things as I need them. My niece LOVED the items I chose and I was able to have them dropped off and picked up in the evening which really helped me as I work full time. I will definitely be using this service again and am recommending it to others.
