Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

For Renting: Once you received the requested items, you can request a return before the due date. You can do that by replying to your order email. Then, we will arrange pickup within 24 hours.
For the return/pickup of toys, we will contact you through your registered email to arrange pickup.
Product condition: We do request that toys are returned in a clean/packed condition.
Charges: You don’t need to pay any additional fees for return shipping and/or restocking as it is already included in delivery/pickup fees.

For Buying: No return policy for used items and for new items. Some of toys vendors have their own refund policy and it is stated in the toy description.

Refund Policy

You can initiate a refund online before your item(s) have been ordered/invoiced and before delivery/pickup using contact us.

Also, we will refund you in cases where orders include wrong details such as wrong emails/addresses/postal codes/out of stock/out of range of coverage or we are not able to deliver (for example due to Covid-19 restrictions).

Please note it is not allowed to request a refund on/after delivery.

 If you canceled a pick-up item and were billed for it before delivery/pickup, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request through contact us. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
  • If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within three (3) business days.
  • Some of toys vendors have their own refund policy and it is stated at the toy descripton.

    * 3% processing fees will be applied for all methods
