Return Policy

Once you received the requested items, you can request a return before the due date. You can do that by replying to your order email. Then, we will arrange pickup within 24 hours.
For the return/pickup of toys, we will contact you through your registered email to arrange pickup.
Product condition: We do request that toys are returned in a clean/packed condition.
Charges: You don’t need to pay any additional fees for return shipping and/or restocking as it is already included in delivery/pickup fees.

Refund Policy

You can initiate a refund online between your item(s) have been ordered/invoiced and before delivery/pickup using contact us

Also, we will refund you in cases where orders include wrong details such as wrong emails/addresses/postal codes/out of stock/out of range of coverage. Please note it is not allowed to request a refund on/after delivery.

If you canceled a pick-up item and were billed for it before delivery/pickup, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request through contact us. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
